During COVID-19, I am teaching my dynamic mat pilates online with Zoom. You don't need any equipment. All you have to do is click the Booking button below or contact me with your request and I will email you back with details. Each class is 1 hour and covers full body exercises with a dynamic flow which will be challenging and rewarding and make you strong, lean and toned.
