Dynamic Mat Pilates online via zoom.
Each class is 1 hour and we will cover the full body focussing on core strength, muscle toning and improving posture and flexibility for a Strong, Lean, Toned body. Classes are open level and will be challenging and rewarding for all. Schedule as follows:
