Online Schedule

Mat Pilates online via zoom

Each class is 55 minutes and we will cover the full body focussing on core strength, muscle toning and improving posture and flexibility for a Strong, Lean, Toned body. Classes are open level and will be challenging and rewarding for all. Schedule as follows:

 

Dynamic Pilates

Mondays - 12pm

Wednesdays - 12pm

Thursdays - 6.30pm

Fridays - 12pm

 

Morning Pilates 

Tuesdays - 7.30am
