The Studio

We provide private Pilates lessons in the comfort of a beautiful home studio, fully equipped with the newest range of equipment, not available at most commercial studios.

We are based in Paddington, right next to Hyde Park. Our studio is an oasis in the heart of central London. We are only minutes away from areas such as Bayswater, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and Kensington.

 

We offer expert and experienced instruction in the following areas:

We utilise the full range of pilates methods and equipment from Mat to Reformer for strength & balance, Tower (Cadillac) for flexiblity of your spine and entire body, Cardio tramp, stability chair build your core strength, and ladder barrel.
